The tips that matter
- Everbearing? Cut EVERYTHING down in late winter — it fruits on this year's canes. Summer-bearing? Remove only the canes that have fruited.
- Train between two wires: canes flopping on the ground mean lost fruit and disease.
- Raspberries sucker far and wide: pull up shoots outside the row from spring on.
